The Under Ten Fishercats, in their first season in the Chiltern Junior Sevens League, made it through to the Trophy Final (for teams from Divisions 3 and 4) after a great 3-2 Semi-Final win over Champions Ampthill Town.

On the day, however, things did not go well for them at Crawley Green Sports Club, as they came up against a Hawks side which contained Academy players from Luton Town, to belie their lowly league position. Two goals late in the first half knocked the stuffing out of the lads and they were second-best in the second half. In defence Lewis Manning was named man-of the match as the lads fought hard against a strong, talented side.
