wear a Lea Sports shirt.By the end
of the 2011-12 Season he had scored 677 goals in 665 games
since his debut in November 1982. In the 2008-09 Season Phil
was top scorer for the Reserves as they won the Division 4
title, as well as being top scorer in the North Home
Counties League, with 28 league goals. The League awarded
him the Ron Cox Memorial Cup in recognition of his feats. In
2010-11 he was top scorer in Division 3.
Phil won the Club's Golden Boot award as
overall top scorer in 2007-08, but was pipped on the final
day of the 2008-09 Season by James Hirst of the Under 12s,
who scored a hat-trick to take the trophy by two goals.
